What can I actually do on day one, in ten minutes?

Create a space, publish a proposal with 2 to 5 options you have already validated, set a deadline and a quorum, share the link or embed it on your own site, and watch the result come in. When it closes, the result is certified onchain. If you want to try that before you redeem, the free plan does all of it for up to 100 participants - you do not have to burn your code to find out whether you like it.

What are the limits on each tier?

Each tier has its own limits. They are not shared across tiers.

• Growth: 25 decisions open at the same time, 15 decisions per month, 500 image uploads per month, 10 GB of image storage, and 20 Al assist scans per week up to 60 per month.
• Pro: 100 decisions open at the same time, 50 decisions per month, 2,000 image uploads per month, 50 GB of image storage, and 60 Al assist scans per week up to 200 per month.
• Scale: 500 decisions open at the same time, 1,000 decisions per month, 10,000 image uploads per month, 250 GB of image storage, and 150 Al assist scans per week up to 500 per month.

Outgoing webhooks are included on all three tiers.
Custom domains are not included on any tier in this deal. They are available on a regular Scale subscription.

Isn't this just a survey tool with extra steps?

No, and the difference matters commercially. A survey collects opinions you can ignore. Vora runs a decision on a shortlist you wrote, with a deadline and a published result. Your customers are not filling in a form, they are picking from options you already know you can deliver.

That is also the answer to the fear behind the question: you are not handing over your roadmap. You write the menu. They choose from it. You keep the kitchen.

Do my customers need to create an account to vote?

Yes. Voting requires a login, so a first-time voter is asked to register before their vote is counted (their choice is remembered and cast automatically once they are in). We did that on purpose: a vote that anyone can cast anonymously and repeatedly is not a result you can act on, and it certainly is not one worth certifying on a blockchain.

It does mean Vora suits an audience that already has some relationship with you. If you need frictionless anonymous polling, a survey tool is the better fit.

Where is my data, and who owns it?

Vora S.r.l. is an Italian company, Milan. The platform runs in AWS Ireland (eu-west-1), so your data stays in the EU under GDPR. Uploaded images are encrypted at rest. Voter identity is only shared with you when the voter explicitly opts in, per vote. You own your content and can export your results.

What voting formats do you support?

Two ballot types: Single Choice (pick one) and Approval Voting (pick as many as you like). On top of that, seven ways to weight the result: one person one vote, multiple votes per person (passion weighting), group-based power, tenure and seniority, engagement score, role-based tiers, and quadratic weighting to stop a single group dominating.

Is there an API?

API keys are available on Pro and Scale Plans.
